I notice that the PDF version of the book doesn't include the semantic tags required for accessibility. Now, please don't take this as a criticism; I know that people (like me) who use a screen reader or other accessibility tool can go with the EPUB or online version. But, I wonder, did you consciously decide to turn off tagged PDF, or were you just going with the default in InDesign?
