No Table Of Contents in PDF version #345

I bought a PDF version of the book and there is no Table Of Contents. I mean the bookmarks, that usually appear in a PDF-reader on the side. I created a bookmarked version with jpdfbookmarks software, but the solution is not perfect, i have only the top-most chapters. I attached a screenshot of what i did and the file, that can be applied on GameProgrammingPatterns.pdf in jpdfbookmarks to have my solution. It would be really great though, if there was a full Table Of Contents in a PDF version of the book. 2019-02-15-185801_1920x1080_scrot GameProgrammingPatterns.txt

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I didn't even know this was a thing PDFs supported. I'll try to do some research and see if I can make this work.
