Bumping the printed out version number from 0.0.0 to 1.0.0
Adding a version variable similar to the path variable
Adding a if check for the --version flag, if exists then set the version variable to the repl's version
Only send to the REPL if path and version are null
If version isn't null then send the version line to stdout

I'd like a couple of tweaks, but otherwise this is cool. Magpie doesn't really have real versions yet, but when it does, --version will be nice.
