Linux support + small fixes + reorganized core lib loading a bit #22

Tested on Windows and Xubuntu (Ubuntu) linux, compiles without any warnings, all tests pass on all platforms.

As with the last one, please test it on OSX.

The core library loading now works this way: On every platform, it works from the default build directory of that platform, plus works from the root of the magpie tree everywhere.

Is it good now? (The code because of the preprocessor is a bit ugly though)
