keepalived: plugin to monitor keepalived status and state #1399

Currently this plugin monitors state of VRRP sync groups and instances. More features, like IPVS, will be added soon.

I will add IPVS and other graphs when I start using them (probably in Jan/Feb). This plugin is written as multigraph plugin for upcoming graphs in mind.
