Releases on Github? #1434

When you make releases, could please also make them here on github so we who are watching will automatically get a notification? Thanks.

@steveschnepp: currently "releases" contains only the tags of the master branch. Maybe you could take a look and check whether you could add another branch (stable-2.0) to be used for "releases"?
