Hello,
please take a look at forum, those things is well known, thank you
Had the same issue with 10III flashing from Sailfish ( bootloader was already unlocked ) , found the solution on reddit:
./newflasher
# it said "Current slot: b" , flashed and caused the issue
./newflasher set_active:a
./newflasher
# now it boots to android
I have been trying to flash the latest version (61.2.A.2.144 obtained using XperiFirm), however it instead soft bricks(bootloop and then phone is corrupt) the phone, which can only be recovered using Xperia Companion. Included is the logs from the flashing process. The device is a dual sim model, with one sim card in slot 1. newflasher.log
Confirming I had the same issue when flashing the same way.
I had to install Windows and Xperia Companion in order to "repair" the phone from the soft brick.
Nevertheless, there is almost no need for flashing tools with the latest Xperia handhelds nowadays as the software is more (faster) up-to-date than in the past . . .
