add SetupAssistantLanguageChooser #30

I'd like to add a simple pkg for the SetupAssistant Language configuration.

I'll be working on a blog post shortly and while I have no problem hosting this myself, it's harmless enough (and a great example) for the main munki-pkg repo.

Since I don't yet understand the purpose of this, I'll sit on it for a bit, but my inclination is to not add any additional sample pkgs to this project. Maybe after I see the blog post I'll understand.

OK, that's cool and clever, but really far from mainstream usage. Adding a package project for this to munki-pkg seems like it would create lots of questions -- "what is this for? why would I use it? does it work with the SuppressSetupAssistant.pkg". I think you should host your own repo of munki-pkg projects.
