hautelook/phpass is not available anymore 404 #1421

hautelook/phpass is used in the files below but the developer behind it has removed it from github or made it private so the installation now stops

Looks like someone mirrored here: https://github.com/bordoni/phpass

But, long term wondering if that would be maintained or not.
