Comments should be just below post

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open AP site
2. Open any Post

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The old ap site had comments section not too far from original post ending. The 
AP community uses comments section a lot. Comments are as important as post 
itself. I always find myself rushing to comments after post and sometimes open 
up a post just to visit comments section. 

Currently after post there is author info section then social widget then 
related articles widget then trending widget and then comments section. Please 
make comments section just below article. Everything else is noise to regular 
ap users. Also previously it was very easy to notice comments section but in 
newer version, all widgets look same and it takes stress to find comments 
section.
