Collapsible blocks for teardowns (or anything that needs code blocks)

By their nature, teardown posts include a flood of xml and other code. This 
stuff is overwhelming on the page, it's ugly, and most people don't understand 
what they're looking at anyway.

Can I get something similar to the [pr] shortcode, but with a different title? 
Since it's just text, maybe the shortcode could even have a parameter to fill 
in the title?

The other reason [pr] isn't ideal in its current state is that it's still 
pretty tall and shows a lot of the text. I'm not sure if that's actually a bad 
thing, but it might useful to hide code blocks or other text entirely (sort of 
like "spoiler" blocks in some forums). This could also offer the advantage of 
being less dominating on the page.
