Phantom users #22

When connecting from the same browser multiple times it can count the same user multiple time. Those users cannot be removed from the room not even with "going to next topic".

Extra note: The fob button cannot be pressed multiple times on the same browser. (Technically it can be but it won't be registered)

This is also an issue in the old version.
