Ridge Racer 64 (E) - Car won't move (new dynarec only) #987

When starting a race in the european version of Ridge Racer 64, the car won't move forward while pressing A. Engine sounds can still be heard. This issue is absent from the US version, and does not happen when using Pure or Cached Interpreter mode.

Witnessed in Rosalie's Mupen GUI and Mupen64Plus-Next core in RetroArch, both on Windows 11.

I can confirm the issue, it only affects new dynarec.
