Release? #116

The latest release was https://github.com/mupen64plus/mupen64plus-input-sdl/releases/tag/2.5.9 in Feb 2019.

Since then there have been many fixes to controllers. It'd be useful to have a release, so that distributions could benefit from those fixes: https://repology.org/project/mupen64plus-input-sdl/versions

Ah, I've just seen that mupen64plus-input-sdl releases are often (?) bundled with mupen64plus as a whole, which already has an issue tracking the creation of a new release: https://github.com/mupen64plus/mupen64plus-core/issues/973.
