Added config for the full Joy-Con controller
Added config for the Nintendo Switch Wired Pro Controler

The Joy-Con profile assumes you're using this driver

I don't understand why you closed this pull request. Is there a problem with the configurations?

Kindof, the issue was that the button configuration I was using didn't really work ergonomically; specifically in regard to the wired pro controler. I haven't made time to test out the Joycons with a few games just to make sure everything's comfortable and intuitive either.
