Z Button Stuck #190

I have the z button mapped to the left trigger on an xbox one controller [axis (2-)]. This is in every game I play. Whatever the Z button does, the character is stuck performing that action and only stops when I HOLD the button. I'm wondering if there is a way to change the mapping to [axis (2+)] but I'm unsure of how to do this.

I had the same problem too, I just used L as the Z button, however I am still figuring this out on how to fix this.
