mupen64plus twinkle in fullscreen #509

 - Operating System (be specific):Ubuntu precise 12.04
 - Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit): 64bits
 - Mupen64Plus version: last source from 10 august 2012
 - Plugins used: default plugins

Describe the problem:

whatever the game I play, the csreen twinkle in fullscreen mode. 

Please provide any additional information below:
I attached my mupen64log for further details.

Doesn't this contradicts issue #509?
