Diddy Kong racing errors Adventure 2 issue (rice issue, not mupen64plus issue, please close)

Hi, Diddy kong racing works okay in the first adventure (A few textures, like left sides of doors are tranparent), but adventure 2 is supposed to mirror the maps and does not. The controls get mirrored, so left is right and right is left, but the course doesn't get mirrored. Hard to drive with backwards controls.

Other minor issues, but doesn't affect gameplay much are: letter wheel isn't rendered when you try to enter your initials after a time trial. Water randomly renders last texture that popped up as a status warner, its transparent so no biggie, opening animation has leftover stuff in the background around borders. Nothing big at all, the not mirroring the levels is the bad part. The controls should be mirrored, but so should the whole level.

Edit: This was a problem in the glide plugin 15 years ago and was fixed, per changelog: "I've got Dave2001's last version. Many things are not finished, but I inserted some of his fixes into current version:

• Made it so games only report ucode error only once.
• Backwards viewport needs backwards culling ;) fixed DKR Adventure 2 mode (mirrored tracks). I'm not sure about other ucodes, so I haven't changed the culling for them yet."

It appears OpenEmu uses rice and it has many rendering issues. So this is an OpenEmu not using glide issue, I'll leave this here for posterity, but it is really an OpenEmu\Rice problem, so I suppose this can be closed. Thanks!

Edit 2: Using M64Py, which can run Glide64mk2, I've confirmed it is an issue with the rice plugin if anyone else has this weirdness happen.

I did not. Switched emulators for the second half of the game.
