Mupen64Plus Crashing on RPI 5 #744

Hello, after installing mupen64plus using the info from this page, I get this error:

For a split second, a black box opens and then closes. This is with the default rom. I have tried other roms and get the same error. I'm using Debian 12 (bookworm).

I suspect that this problem is a duplicate of mupen64plus-core/#1047.
