(when using USE_GLES=1) we link against GLESv2, not GLESv1, spotted this while trying to build an rpm package for my platform

As Travis is not working I will merge without test.

Just a curiosity, does this mean mupen64plus-video-glide64mk2 work with OpenGL ES 1? Or this wasn't working at all?

no it works only with OpenGL ES 2
