Fix mess created by wrpAntiAliasing patch

The support patch for AntiAliasing by Mickey Lyle willrandship@gmail.com should have been rejected in the first place because it was unfinished. Instead this trivial 14 lines patch is now spread over 4 commits:

• 977de262d28a5b2c5fdaea8c885a5c2dd3d3144b ("Added a new option "wrpAntiAliasing #" that enables antialiasing for Glide64mk2.")
• dbeaf9e922f7c6bfc0f1db917aacfec61f890bb6 ("Fixed a few spots in the code, mostly about whitespace and comments.")
• 774fdb99b52fc7c069785d909d622ae6298340c6 ("add config parameter descriptions")
• this commit to cleanup the remaining mess
