Big cleanup, fix fog flicking, fix moveword force matrix (fix trees on SSB64) #11

A big commit.
The code cleanup, as usual doesn't change any logic, it's only remove unused part of the code and deprecated things.
The interesting stuff is that fog doesn't flick anymore and the SSB64 trees (weird rotation depending on camera) are now fixed.
