ENCHANCEMENT - Growatt custom URL #42

Continuing the discussion from Growatt integration sensors unavailable Seems the issue arise due to change of URL by Growatt to https://openapi.growatt.com

Currently the integration offer selection of 3 URLs, however it would be great if end user also able to type custom URL so less maintenance for the author if Growatt decided to change the URL again in the future

I'll see what I can do around this, I'm reluctant to put too much effort into it though given the growatt API is a continually moving target!

ok, if it is too much effort, then pls add (PVBUTLER) also to the list, as it is using the same technic - is like the little brother company of growatt the link is: "url": "http://server.pvbutler.com/", and add it to source code

I added it the other day, just update to the latest version of the integration
