Now, mupq/mupq is updated to BIKE v5.1, see this pull request and with this pull request pqm4 is updated in the same way.
The changes are very similar, more information can be found in the linked pr above. If this is accepted there is no need to remove the implementations as suggested in #301. #251 motivates the update quite well.
I hope this is enough explanation and you will soon merge the updated BIKE schemes :)
