Let's completely outsource all user registration and login from Discourse to our app.

I gave it some thought over the weekend I think we should table for later improvements to the App - Forum integration. I will add it as one of the tasks for future and try getting funding for it. I decided that because I realised that Forum will probably mostly be used by proposers and we can hand-hold them during the process. It doesn't affect donor's experience.
