Change Charset #12

Hallo, It is possible to change the Charset of the Message? Every Message is UTF-8, But I need iso 8859-1.

Please check out v1.0.6. It has a global flag -cs to specify character set

@SlayNox Have you tested this feature?

I tested it with the last version (v1.0.9) and I am not achieving to make it work properly. I have already opened a new issue #29 with my comments.
