Help and documentation refer to -domain as -d #44

After a bit of digging within the sources, I noticed that -d is actually -domain when referring to the EHLO domain.

Thanks, and you might want to update the readme as well.

Not yet, README will be updated when b15 is released. -d is valid for older versions.
