Is there an option to not send duplicate emails when recipient is in multiple lists? #89

Hi,

I am using mailsend to send out some automated emails. One of the emails that goes out, is sent to two distribution lists (exchange) and some recipients which are members of both lists receive the email twice. Is there an option or an workaround for this in mailsend ?
