Implementations are said to be proposed despite being implemented #10

It is a bit confusing that in the Implementation section of the DG, the implementations are referred to as "proposed":

These are the implementations the application currently uses and so it seems inaccurate to refer to them as proposed. It suggests to the reader that these are implementation ideas that have not yet been enacted.

It is proposed as it is still possible for developers to change the implementation of existing implemented features if they decide that the current implementation is sub-optimal.
