Add neumes from Byzantina font set #7

Switch to using the Byzantina 1.1 font set, as the EZ series fonts have some errors in them, preventing them from installing under OS X.

I switched the existing neume definitions to use the Byzantina font set, but there are still plenty more that need to be added.

Don't proceed with this. Because of rendering problems with symbol fonts, we need to either create a new unicode font or switch to vector rendering.
