pos_logo not working in Point of Sale #4

I am running Odoo Version 9.0e. I was having trouble installing the addon since it was giving me an error relating missing dependencies. In order to solve the installation Issue I had to change the following code in pos_logo/pos_view.xml (I am not sure if it was the right approach, but the addon did install after the update) from:

After successful installation I am now getting the following error in the console, when I access the Point of Sale session (after setting the image and time format from the configuration as explained in the description):

Uncaught Error: Service point_of_sale.chrome already defined at Object.define (/web/static/src/js/boot.js:122:27) at /pos_logo/static/src/js/pos_logo.js:1:6 define @ boot.js:122(anonymous function) @ pos_logo.js:1

The html for the logo in /static/src/xml/pos.xml is being injected in the header, but the img and time are not being set by the js.

When I run the odoo.py file as user odoo instead of starting odoo with "/etc/init.d/odoo start" I get the following:

(odoo) [odoo@server ~]$ python /opt/odoo/odoo.py 2016-12-07 12:09:16,335 12702 INFO ? openerp: OpenERP version 9.0c 2016-12-07 12:09:16,336 12702 INFO ? openerp: addons paths: ['/home/odoo/.local/share/Odoo/addons/9.0', u'/opt/odoo/openerp/addons', u'/opt/odoo/addons'] 2016-12-07 12:09:16,336 12702 INFO ? openerp: database: default@default :default

When I run "python /opt/odoo/odoo.py" not all modules are being loaded and the dashboard does not load as it should (no styling at all) but when I run "/etc/init.d/odoo start" all modules are loaded.

How do I get the exact build number of odoo?
