Where is the effects branch?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download source
2. look in source folders
3. can't find code!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Andy's blog describes how he's merged the effects branch into GW, but it's not 
there when we 
retrieve it from svn. After poking around, we found it, but it seems to be 
moved around a bit, and 
also throws errors. 

1020: Method marked override must override another method.

This is not a bug report, this belongs on the mailing list. The effects are 
merged
with greatwhite, greatwhite is now 2.0 and is in the trunk.
