better trackball support in the remote, added dpad support

Hi

Made another patch:
- the trackball checks the last time it has been moved and just excepts an
input every 300ms. So the trackball selection on the screen isn't so
sensitive and fast.
- added dpad support to the remote, so you can use your Samsung Galaxy dpad.

Oh yeah, forgot that one. Tried to add mouse support to the remote, but can't 
reach
the whole screen through the mouse support of the event server. posted it on 
the xbmc
forum already.
