Slider to the now playing screen

How about a new slider button on the music menu to take you to the now
playing screen, it would mean moving the buttons on the now playing screen
either up above the slider bar or to the top of the screen. It would mean
less menus to navigate for users and make it easier to go from the now
playing screen to the music listings.

It would also be cool if gestures were possible on the now playing screen,
swipe left/right to skip track, tap to pause.

My suggestion was about an additional slider that would show the current now 
playing
screen within the same menu by scrolling to that particular item the same way 
you go
to artist, genre etc.

Ah I see now bolin this would also be another solution I'm happy with either up 
to
the devs and what everyone else thinks :)

Dunno. Extra bottom bar eats up too much space, another tab, why not. You'll 
have
"Now playing" access through the menu on every screen anyways.

Sorry anthony.hartfield to spam your request here, didn't realize from the 
beginning
that we didn't talked about the same thing. I hope it's ok, otherwise please 
tell me.

I disagree :) A bottom-bar doesn't need to take more space then the
android-status-bar. It's about 25px to get Now Playing in every menu (smaller 
then it
is in the pictures), which is what I thing a very good price versus what you 
get.
- Better overview over whats playing.
- Easier Access to Now Playing.
- More quality-feeling over the product.
