Show call and sms through xbmc and pause playback on call

Hi

Made a patch to show incoming sms and calls with contact name and picture
through a notification. Plus if something is playing and you get a call it
will pause and after hanging up resume the playback.

a comment to the patch:
reused code from the android sms popup, so there is some code that isn't used 
right
now. will clean this up later. but as it is now it works ;)
