I need some help for understanding apndroid

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Actually is not a problem. I a newcommer at the Android world

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I do not know how apndroid works.
I want to know how to use the preferences.
What means keep MMS activate? Even 3G/EDGE/GPRS is deactivate I can send MMS?
What means display notifications?
What means disable all the APNs?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
