System Crashed When Wifi-adapter Plugged out #1

Thanks for your code, buddy, I really appreciate the great work, it helps me a lot. The wifi-adapter(chip is MT7601 ) works well in the AP mode, until I plugged it out. As the title said, the system(Ubuntu, 16.04 LTS, Linux 4.4.1, 64bit) crashed.

Thanks you. Did you can show your dmesg message from old linux session?.

Sorry, I get wrong about the system info. The system kernel is Linux 4.4.0, 32 bit attached is the dmesg info, see line around 730 dmesg.txt
