Enable scroll wheel zoom without having to resort to JavaScript #55

The only thing I need JavaScript in my project is the function
gmap.enableScrollWheelZoom(); I guess this feature is used very often, and
it would really be nice if the mapComponent would have a setting called
enableMapWheelZoom or something like that.

Supported in the latest snapshot of GMaps4JSF 1.1.3.
