HD Button, Fullscreen modal #57

Add some code to blog for images. Need to load fast with option to still view HD images.

Requires resizing of all images for all previous posts to have lower quality versions that load first/faster, then display the full-resolution version when you click view HD

Also -- add "lazy load" to all images -- pages with 10 images need not load images below-the-fold. Currently experiencing major performance issues with low internet speeds
