Bandcamp Importer: artist's link is sometimes a redirect

It changed recently it seems, but it breaks artist's link (to MusicBrainz).

Example: https://karenandthesorrows.bandcamp.com/album/why-do-we-want-what-we-want

url?resource= queries (which are looking for release and artist in database) do not work anymore, as it looks for https://musicbrainz.org/ws/2/url?resource=https%3A%2F%2Fmusic.karenandthesorrows.com&inc=artist-rels

but when one looks for this URL it returns a 303:

And points the browser to https://karenandthesorrows.bandcamp.com/

I'm not sure about reasons behind those changes, but for sure it looks weird, and break Bandcamp Importer convenient back links.
