[Community Detail] Page layout overhaul #36

Redesign community page to provide clearer information, and have switchable views. The design here should possibly carry over to Types and Teams (once implemented).

Exact details of design unknown, but probable views include:

community summary
community news (loaded via AJAX)
all currently online streams (loaded via AJAX)
All Members view with sortable table

Addressed in v0.2.4

Now has three view toggles: Online, News, and All Members. Default view is Online Members. If no one online, defaults to News view. News loads via AJAX.

All Members now uses a table to display community members. Table is sortable by clicking on headers.
