DashClock Widget support #121

It would be nice if DashClock widget support was added; this would cause IrssiNotifier notification information to be displayed on the lockscreen if DashClock is installed and running.

Looks pretty straightforward. I might implement this, after either they release CyanogenMod 10.1 for ASUS TF-201 or Samsung releases Android 4.2 for Galaxy Note II.
