Notifications from DCC chats are not sent #209

General summary

Even if irssinotifier_enable_dcc ON, there is no notification for DCC chats.

Expected Behavior

DCC chats notifications are being sent.

Current Behavior

DCC chats notifications are not being sent.

Context

irssi 1.2.3-1 (20210409 0011) irssinotifier.pl VERSION = "24";
