accounts are not migrated when enabling gpg #52

I have added some hosts and enabled gpg in the prefs afterwards. When I re-open the application the previously added hosts are gone. The unecrypted file is still in the config folder though and a new file hosts.json.gpg has been created (with no configuration set yet).

I ran several tests in the last version and I could not reproduce the behavior. What version and packaging are you using?

I am using the version from Flathub.
