Doesn't properly handle non-ascii characters in file names #23

I had a file named "MG FLYER Rückseite.pdf". When adding it to the merge UI the umlaut was converted to a % encoding (URI encoding) and it clearly couldn't read the file, since it said the file had 0 pages.
