i hate the background it sucks

at 0x0802d27e in MEGAMAN6_FXX, the link settings for random battle are returned. it should be relatively straightforward to hijack this and pick one at random (perhaps only the host needs to do this?).

at 0x0812a834 the stage is selected via RNG. i'm not sure of the range of the RNG, though

host and client definitely need to agree on the same settings lol

0x0812b768 is a call to set settings but also background? perhaps we don't really need the background, though
