Project Restructure

(Follow up to our discussion last night)

Restructured for multi-project setup, so agents, transports, etc all have a home within the main repository

• .gitignore: Added dist dir ignore (centralized place to copying jars)
• settings.gradle: Added aurora core module
• build.gradle:
  • Bumped version from 1.0 to 2.0
  • Added task copyDistJars which will build,jar,shadowjar, then copy the final jar to the root dist directory
  • Added task copyDevServerJars which will build,jar,shadowjar, then copy the final jar to the devserver plugins directory
  • Extended clean task to also clean dist and server plugins directories of all aurora jars
• src/*: Moved to aurora module
