Code cleanup #61

updated the code base to remove confusion between old demo/notebook files and folders

@icaoberg and @tebuck can you guys please merge this, a bunch of stuff has been addressed here, from removing currently not used files to backup folder , to adding the template notebook that downloads files from cell org site, to the container.
