Add baseline information to supporting text

A section briefly detailing how the following baselines work and were implemented should be added:

• [x] Levy's direct matrix factorization approach
• [x] Simpler embedding baselines, including SVD and Laplacian Eigenmaps

I added some text in the methods section, but the SI should give more detail.
