Updated text of IC2S2 paper according to @stasaiu 's comments. Specifically:

References the importance of mobility to innovation and knowledge diffusion (spillovers?)
Added intro text about "proximity", and how we lack useful measures of proximity for universities
Added 2nd paragraph text explaining that our method implicitly captures organizational and cognitive proximity.
Referenced other states when discussing Massachusetts, though they are not shown

I think starting with every paragaph with We is kinda awkward. But it is a personal opinion. what's your thoughts?

I have a tendency to use too many we statements when writing. The new version has cut out most of these in the paragraph openings.
